The Rugged Press is a letterpress and design studio based in Indianapolis, IN, specializing in handmade cards and prints. We make artwork by combining hand-carved linoleum and our collection of historic wood and metal type. Our letterpress prints are created one at a time on our beautifully restored 1909 Chandler & Price printing press and other historic printing presses in our collection. We love making art using historic printing methods and preserving the craft that is letterpress.
