By using the website, you indicate that you accept these Terms of Use and that you agree to abide by them. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, we do not give you permission to use the website and must cease to do so.

1.Accessing the website
1.Access to the website is made available to you free of charge, although charges will be incurred for our verified membership services. We will always make it clear to you when charges apply.
2.We shall use reasonable endeavours to make the website available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, except for when there is planned maintenance or unscheduled urgent maintenance. However, we do not warrant that www.members.peopleofprint.com will always be available or be uninterrupted and we reserve the right to suspend, discontinue, withdraw or amend the website or any content on it without notice to you. From time to time, we may restrict access to some parts of the website, or the entire website, to some or all users and, if the need arises, we may close the website indefinitely. We shall not be liable to you if for any reason the website is unavailable at any time or for any period.
3.You are responsible for making all arrangements necessary for you to have access to the website. You are also responsible for ensuring that all persons who access the website through your internet connection are aware of these terms, and that they comply with them.

2.Registering on the website
1.If you wish to apply for an official POP membership you will need to register a membership account with us by visiting the application page and completing the registration.
2.When you apply to become a POP Member, you confirm that you accept and agree to these website Terms of Use.
3.You provide full, accurate and true information about yourself when applying and ensure that such information is regularly updated to ensure that it remains full, accurate and true in all respects.
4.When you apply, you will be given the opportunity to choose a username. You undertake to keep your Account details (including username and password) secure and confidential and must not disclose such information to a third party. If you know or suspect that anyone other than you knows your Account details, you must inform us at members@peopleofprint.com.
5.You must not choose a username which is inappropriate or offensive. We have the right to disable any username at any time if in our opinion you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these Terms of Use. We also reserve the right to change a username which in our opinion is too similar to an existing user’s username and is likely to cause confusion as a result.
6.You will be sent an auto-generated password after application. This can be changed by logging in to your profile once your application has been verified.
7.Only successful applicants will be contacted.
8.After application, our team will evaluate your profile and be in contact if it is successful. You will only become an Official POP Member once payment has been successfully received. Your profile will only appear on our site once payment has been received.
9.We reserve the right to edit your profile if necessary.
10.We reserve the right to remove your profile if it contains anything offensive or if your membership payments are late or not received.

3. How we use your information
1.We do not sell or share users’ information with any third parties. By applying to become a member you certify that you will receive our members exclusive Newsletter. We will only contact you regarding POP products, events and news.
2.We take appropriate technical and organisational security precautions to protect your personal data against misuse.

4. Membership Payments
1.You can cancel your membership at any point prior to 30 days of your renewal date by contacting us at members@peopleofprint.com. You can view your renewal date by logging into your private membership profile, getting in contact with our team, viewing your original invoice or logging into your Chargebee account.
2.By signing up as a Verified People of Print Member you certify that payment can be taken from your account automatically on your next renewal, unless you cancel as per clause 4.1.
3.If at any point you are unable to make payment please get in contact with our team members@peopleofprint.com who will come to a reasonable agreement about the continuation of your membership.
