Yuriko Wada is a type designer and graphic designer based in Tokyo.
She has been designing Papertype since 2009. She launched Papertype Printing Kit in 2017, a paper-made movable type and a printing kit, reflecting her interest in blending traditional printing techniques with digital technology. Her work fcuses post-digital letterpress printing, typography and developing new printing tools using digital fabrication.
