I am a printmaker and art educator based in Sydney Australia. I enjoy being part of the lively “Little Majestic” studio in the heart of the creative inner west of Sydney where I create works on paper.
I started learning about printmaking in the mid 1980’s when I was at Art School, since then I have moved in all sorts of creative directions, raising a family and working part time as an arts educator. For the last 20 years I have focused on lino printing in particular. Recently, I have enjoyed making a series titled “Disappearing Traders” where I have paid homage to traders who have worked for an exttended period in industries that are becoming rare. Most recently I have delved into collage with a new body of work titled “Interior Motives”. This culminated in a solo show in April 2024 at The Corner Gallery.
