Larna Mewett-Mayer, known as lunkeymarna, is a talented artist hailing from the vibrant city of Brighton. With a unique blend of screen printing and textiles, she fearlessly delves into the realm of women’s lived experiences, making a bold commentary through her artistic expressions.
Every piece Larna creates uses a mixture of processes, usually screen printing, relief and mono print, to make each and everyone unique.
She prints to make pretty things to lull people in. She sews to exorcise the frustrations of interacting with the ones who won’t leave.
Larna is also a member of North Star Studios and just joined East Side Print.
