Lucy is a London based artist and teacher.
A recent Central Saint Martins graduate with an MA in Art and Science, Lucy’s recent work explores the potential of light as a creative force. From the photographic processes of cyanotype and photostencilled screenprints to the use of strobes to provoke visions in the mind of the viewer, Lucy makes art from light.
Her MA projects respond to the UK marine environment, the climate emergency & the phenomenological nature of human experience and perception. Lucy’s work also explores social justice, chronic illness and disability.
She has developed and curated several projects and group shows. Her latest project is Bill of Health and will be showing at the Lethaby Windows Gallery this October.
