Hi!
I’m Kari and I am the sole printmaker of Lemuette. Named after Lemuel Fisk who was the original owner of our family farm in Northern Illinois, USA. This out-in-the-country farmhouse from the late 1800s features wild fields full of native prairie plants that have inspired my prints. It was also the location of my print studio for a time. The peacefulness of the farm was something I wanted to convey through my prints, knowing that not everyone can experience that same peace.
I print from hand carved woodblocks onto paper for colorful wall art, inspiring sketchbook journals, and fun greeting cards. Perfect for bringing peace into your home office or sending love through the mail.
I graduated from Northern Illinois University with a BFA in Printmaking in 2010 and have loved creating print goods ever since. Enjoy the prints!
