Kate Maxwell from Design and Draw is a British printmaker and Illustrator, making colourful screenprints, risographs and other handprinted goods from her studio in Kingston Upon Thames, UK.
She studied illustration at Bath School of Art where she gained a Bachelor of Arts and got her love for screenprinting from their print studios and has been printing ever since.
You can find her freelance illustrations on childrens’ wooden toys and her screenprints are sold directly from her shop plus in various UK gallery shops.
Kate’s nostalgic style is inspired from her love of kitsch, vintage toys and ephemera.
