Kate Segal is an artist, illustrator, and printmaker. She was born and raised in Manhattan, New York. Kate spent her childhood going to New York City museums on rainy days and getting lost in the art. She became heavily inspired by abstract and contemporary artists such as Henri Matisse, Hilma af Klint, and David Hockney.
Kate’s art incorporates her signature use of bright colors and is embedded with themes of nature, spirituality, and the human condition, with an emphasis on the female experience. Her art is created with the intention to bring joy, happiness, and peace to all of its viewers.
