The layering of vibrant colour and a pop of neon is something I am instinctively drawn to. The balance, weight and translucency of colours are always carefully considered. Colour, shape, line and layers. It is the mix of these elements that printmaking allows me to explore. I use both silk screen printing and Risograph.
I studied fashion and textiles at Birmingham University specialising in screen printed fabrics for both fashion and interiors.
I freelanced as a designer after university working for clients in London and America.
I have been teaching both art and photography for over 20 years where I am able to pass on my knowledge as a printmaker.
I am currently working on commissions and a series of workshops as well as developing my practice.
