Profile
I’m an illustrator and advertising creative, originally from Italy. My family is from Sicily, an island in the South, but I was born in the North, near Milan. Growing up, I missed the sea every day.
Setting up a life in Hackney has meant that I keep and keep dreaming and longing and I’ve become obsessed with drawing scenes inspired by the West Sicilian coast, the Egadi islands and the myths that took place there. Everything is suspended, mysterious and always peaceful.
When I go to Sicily, I take loads of pictures, turn them into sketches then into digital drawings.
