I’m Simon Avery, the face behind Happily Puzzles. I enjoyed an award-winning career with a Brighton design agency before starting Nice Graphic Design back in 2012. After a few happy freelance years, I decided to branch out into some more creative areas. Starting out with wall planners and art prints, I moved onto jigsaw puzzles when I realised there was not much out there I’d want on my own shelf at home. I’ve had so much fun coming up with puzzle concepts and collaborating with great illustrators. Before I really knew it, the range had taken off, in shops all over the UK, Europe and USA. With 200 stores, and major stockists such as Oliver Bonas, it still seems crazy to me that people in New York, London and Europe want to buy my puzzles, and I love seeing social media posts of them being completed all over the world.
