Hannah Carvell is a Fine Art Painting Graduate (mainly oils, always camp and colourful) but having touched on Screen Printing she caught the bug and knew she needed to come back to it one day.
Having lived in London with a career in fashion, she moved to Bedford with her young family and Hannah set up her own print studio from home & started to develop her technique. Being selected for Print Club London’s 2018 exhibition Blisters prompted her to launch her own collection and website www.hannahcarvell.com in September 2019.
Hannah’s prints will always be Bright and Colourful, animals are a big inspiration, lots of dogs (she’s especially partial to a Dachshund) and her newest printed addition a large Pink Gorilla, made EXTRA with a gilded layer of pink Metal leaf.
