Profile
I am a History of Art graduate and printmaker from the West Midlands (UK) and I have been working with lino since 2016. My work primarily deals in cityscapes, translating photographs of places close to my heart into print, with a focus on pattern and graphic contrast. This offered especial relief during recent lockdowns, allowing me to travel around the world through my work. This feeling was reflected in feedback from customers and followers during this time, and it was wonderful to know my work offered some escapism. I have also recently begun experimenting with figurative work, inspired by the work of Oskar Kokoschka. Currently I am focusing on building my portfolio, with the aim of eventually making printmaking a more full-time occupation.
