Sarah Martinez runs Berkshire Printmakers with her artist husband Cipriano Martinez. They teach silkscreen printing in art centres, colleges and schools to adults and children. With over 20 years teaching experience, the couple set up Berkshire Printmakers after realising the manual “hands on” techniques are being lost to digital art. They travel across the country with their 30 plus plain and patterned photo screen, waterbased inks, and squeegees. They offer a range of workshops; from beginners, to work working one on one with artists to develop their own projects printing on paper and fabric, to running family t -shirt printing workshops in festivals.
