ARCH –
Honest, screen printed goods.
The designs feature bold, graphic shape & text onto tote bags & prints. Taking inspiration from my own personal journal & meditation practice, I use it as another form of therapy, transforming my written words into print.
The tote bags include a range of lightweight & heavyweight options – the heavyweight being a strong, practical & durable 10oz cotton canvas bag with double screen print, cotton webbing handles, boxed bottom & French seams.
ARCH was realised through my love of design, print & textiles, and each item I produce is made in my ever-evolving home studio. The name derives from a fascination with the arch shape, both visually and symbolically: leaving the old behind, and entering the new. Starting off in a garden shed, I transformed it into a makeshift studio, learning how to make & stretch my own screens. Playing around with hand cut stencils and bold shapes, I experimented with transferring those shapes onto fabric & paper.
Years down the line, ARCH has grown & developed into something which encompasses my love for design, expression & creating.
