Slab is a letterpress workshop based in Rome, Italy, and founded by Elettra Scotucci and Andrea Vendetti, where it is possible to use type and antique machinery to rediscover the slow times of the artisan dimension. The objective is to give ample space to education and research to preserve the Italian typographic culture through the workshop. Self-productions and prints on commission are made here, and workshops, exhibitions and conferences are held periodically.
