Hey! I’m Fionnuala! I am a printmaker based in Northern Ireland. After studying printmaking for 4 years in the art college I continued to explore and develop my practice as a printmaker. I take great inspiration from the land around me and my experiences with nature. I want my audience to view the world as I do.
As a former studio manager in a print studio in Northern Ireland I had the opportunity and resources to grow my own print workshop filled with presses and paper…every printmakers dream! I have built a space I am comfortable with, where I can continue to practice and host some intimate classes.
Even though my preferred technique is screen print (I love the smooth flat finish) I aim to familiarise myself with all techniques under the big printmaking umbrella. This has played a large part in my workshops being a success and offering a wide range of printmaking mediums.
