Emily Robertson is an artist originally from the U.K., now living in France.
Having always lived in the countryside, she has constantly drawn inspiration from the natural world around her, filling her work with images of animals, birds, insects and plants.
After her Fine Art degree at Falmouth University, Emily spent 10 years teaching art in the U.K., before leaving to pursue making art full time in France.
Emily’s art practice has developed over the years, originally focused on painting she found a love of printing at college through etching, which has now more recently developed into a love of lino cut printmaking.
