The Gutter Press was started by illustrator Sarah Bissell in 2016 and is based in Murieston Lane studios in Edinburgh. Sarah has a degree in illustration from Duncan of Jordanstone and a Masters in Illustration from Edinburgh College of Art. Sarah was previously a professional screenprinter and specialised in a mixture of production processes at various studios before deciding to focus on setting up her own printing studio. The main appeal of risograph was it’s environmentally friendly inks as well as the colours that can be achieved. As well as printing great artwork for our many and varied clients, we also create our own prints and products.
