In a time when art feels increasingly commoditised, No Place Art was created for, with and by artists. Founded by Rowan Siddons, printmaker, artist and art technician, No Place Art is relentless in its aim to help artists be seen, heard and supported; to feel part of a community of people like them.
The Edition One – Materiality exhibition is driven to offer meaningful and developmental awards to help artists continue their growth, find connections that support them and help them be true to the inspiration that drives their art. Edition One – Materiality has over 40 tailored awards from artists and organisations who share our mission. The 80 artists on show will be selected by eminent individuals, each of them artists in their own right.
No Place Art isn’t about making a profit at the expense of the artists, it’s about being alongside them for the long term, building new opportunities to find new ways to support and encourage them, to build a community that shares the same goals in a collaborative and mutually supportive way.
The Open call for No Place Art, Edition One – Materiality, closes at midnight on June 30, 2025, with an exhibition in the heart of London from 25-29 September.
