I’ve always dabbled creatively but printmaking was one of the most exciting discoveries I’ve ever made. I’ve experimented with screenprinting, drypoint, monoprint, collagraph and linocut. I adore linocut for the fact I can work at home on my kitchen table, collagraphs are my indulgence when I can access a studio. To me printmaking is so exciting, the thrill of pulling that first print….
I am inspired by natural forms and my landscape linocuts and seascape collagraphs aim to capture the sense of calm and space that can only be found in the great outdoors.
I enjoy sharing my passion with my children and their friends and am looking forward to sharing the joy of printmaking with my local scout group.
