Hi, my name is Christie Photopoulou, I am based in Athens, Greece. My background is in design and art direction but recently my work has taken me toward painting and abstract art. I am working under the name c33 studio, creating abstract paintings with acrylic, and developing my practice to include colour influence, by anything from the catwalk to nature, while maintaining an element of randomness to the mark-making and gestures I use to produce the paintings.
