A new approach to relief printmaking with an infernal approach. I use my platform as a commentary on religion and dogma, criticizing Christianity/Catholicism, starting with colonialism. I am a person of color, and am proud of my mesoamerican ancestry. I use this infernal imagery and approach to embrace my spirituality and ancestry to syncretize both and create work out of my frustrations of the church and destruction of rooted tradition and culture.
