I was born in San Francisco, California and grew up for half of my life in El Granada, California and the other half in Indiana. I pursued my passion in high school and college and received my BA in Painting from Anderson University in 2004 and my MFA in Printmaking from San Jose State University in 2011. I have been a member of the California Society of Printmakers since 2011. In 2012 I was an Artist in Residence at Kala Art Institute in Berkeley, California and taught Lithography courses there. In 2014 I co-created an art studio and school in San Jose called the School of Visual Philosophy. I am currently the Program Director of the school with my husband, a sculptor named Yori Seeger. In 2016 I was named one of KQED's 10 Bay Area Women to Watch. I now live in Ben Lomond, California with my husband, my daughter Lyla and twin boys Hayden and Esben.
