asintended (Clare Somerville-Perkins) is a letterpress and screen printer based in Eastbourne, East Sussex.
Her work is based around typography and messaging, using wood and metal type from her letterpress studio. She often combines the two printing techniques creating small editions and one off pieces printed on found items such as maps, educational posters and smaller vintage paper ephemera.
She also owns and runs Process Club, a membership based screenprinting studio set up over 4 years ago in Hastings. One of the most recent additions to the screenprinting studio are workshops, small groups of people exerience the process of screenprinting, creating a single colour stencil and printing a small edition.
