Erin Hollingshead is a visual artist living in Halifax (K’jipuktuk) Nova Scotia. Her work is inspired by living by the Atlantic Ocean. Surfing, ocean folklore, water, marine life and beach-combing finds are the main sources of inspiration for her work. The ocean provides peace, a connection to nature and the present moment – things that all ocean lovers can connect over. Erin typically creates using relief printmaking methods to create her work, as well as illustrations and paintings.
